Accounts Payable is located in the District Office at 20512 First Street Cottonwood, CA, 96022 and maintains office hours between 7:30 a.m., and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Accounts Payable is responsible for:

• Reviewing and processing all payments to vendors

• Analyzing vendor statements

• Processing all encumbrances

• Working with vendors to resolve problems and disputes

• Providing support to administration in the analysis of district expenditures
